Default 4-betting ace-rag suited.

Lately I have been thinking a lot about adding 4-betting with ace-rag suited my game. Is this the way to go? Or should we just 4-bet/fold with junk like 46s, and 4-bet call with AQ+ 99+ or W/E?

Villian is regular TAG, we have no remarkable history yet. When I 4-bet and villian shoves, I can't fold anymore right?
