Any stats on villain?

I probably just push.

Any chance he was slowplaying AQ or something similar?

Very much read dependent whether you get value from a four bet.

Your hand is definitely under-repped, though. I think you probably get calls from most queens from most opponents if you do.

most villains at this level NEVER fold a queen here.

without a read, i think you must shove.

Agreed, unless villain specifically has AQ of diamonds, in which case he has a great looking hand post-flop. It's surprising how often you'll see people slowplay when they probably should just bet. I also shove the eights full, as his reraise seems suspicious. He could have four queens, but if so, he'll get all of your money anyway. The better long term EV+ play is 4 betting, as you're ahead in this situation almost every time.

Why would the UTG raise PF and then check two streets and then spring to life on the river? Oh yah, he was slow playing on the flop with a set of Q's or T's because it's not likely he raised UTG with 2's. He would usually bet out a lone Q so I doubt he's got AQ. Note that he can continue to slow play the turn since he's filled up and no straight or flush can hurt. I hardly even call here let alone push.
