Flop raise was a bit small given somewhat wet board but don't have to do full pot because of your redraws...I'd have raised to $17-18

I think this is a call:
Board: Kd 4c 3c 6c
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 50.524% 50.52% 00.00% 1734 0.00 { KK+, 44, AcKc, AcQc, AcJc, AhJh, AcTc, KcQc, KhQh, KcJc, QcJc, AcKd, AcKh, AcKs, AdKc, AhKc, AsKc }
Hand 1: 49.476% 49.48% 00.00% 1698 0.00 { 33 }
