pokergrapher datamining?

hey all,
i've been told i can datamine on ftp by observing a ton of tables at once and having pokertracker record them. i opened all these tables and then "force imported" but there was an error and my database has no more hands as a result. thoughts on how to go about doing this? i'm running vista btw
