Go to ironmind.com or John Wood's website and you should find info/links/buying opportunities.

i heard this in an interview between zach even-ish and mike rousell...

make a bunch of 5 or 10lb bags and then bug an army duffel bag that is easy to carry so that you can put the sandbags in the duffel bag and have variable weight bags, pretty clever...maxoutradio.com

Anyone have any experience with these. After reading about them it seems that you just fill a duffel bag with lots of little bags of sand.

To me that seems like it would feel weird when you are doing stuff. I imagined in my mind one giant bag of sand and not 20 tiny bags.

If my dad and I make one over thanksgiving how much should I make it weigh?
100?
150?
