I would value bet that vs almost every other 2/4 reg. I have (what I feel to be) good reasons for not betting there which I don't care to share publicly, but I do bet that vs most everyone else.

im guessing you think he folds too many worse hands so you cant get much value out of it

if thats the case you should be betting this river with air a ton. then he'll have to adjust by calling more and then QJ becomes easy value bet.
