villain is an unknown, i've got him at 28/18/3, although that's only over like 150 hands, so i really don't know too much. thoughts please...

Raise the flop. As played get it all in, what better flop were you looking for with 22? Yes, he can have T9/TT here, but most don't play these that fast and he can have 9x just as easily.
