I'd push.
With this kind of chip lead and everyone below 10BB, you can afford to put some pressure on and the blinds are still just about deep enough to fold fairly tight even if they know you're pushing wide. BB has the most to lose by calling, which also helps.

uh i'm pushing super super wide, especially since they're both short but not super short, so they're both folding hoping the other goes out soon. prob top 75% for me, but sometimes i think i shove a little too wide and i've been known to shove like top 85% in this spot
