Default Comm 40: Flush

Good game, I'm stuck almost a rack and probably have a tight-boy-gone-tilty image after getting some hands cracked.

Five limpers, SB calls, I check BB with Kh3s.

Flop: Qh4h3h

SB checks, I bet, folded to CO/HJ who calls quickly, others fold. He's a 30-something white dude, looks kinda hippie-nerdy, plays fewer hands than most people but still too loose, plays well postflop from what I can see.

Turn: Th

Bet, call.

River: Qc

Bet/call, bet/fold, c/c??

I like bet/fold. A guy like this won't put in a raise on the river with less than the nut flush.

Man, at first I thought "you are kidding, right?" and now I'm like, "holy f-ck, he's not!" I think I have to bet first and ask questions later (likely call).

I'd check-call, but I'm a nit and I don't want to give him an opportunity to blow me off the hand. The river took your 2nd nut hand and made it the 9th nut hand, limping behind everybody he could have all sorts of crazy full houses here.

I b/f and expect to get paid off quite often by a Q or a J high flush, for this reason I actually LIKE the river card bc I find it HIGHLY unlikely villain has a boat, he'd have to have QT precisely for a fh to make sense

I think this guy would check trip Q's behind on the river if we'd check

pot is tiny, trying for an extra BB with the (low) risk of getting blown off the hand is more than worth it
