Of all club poker types. Which one?

Probably NL Holdem because you can protect you good hands and kill draws.

Check out the other poker forum. They tend to say it's 5 card draw.

You don't want to "kill" draws. You want to make it tough for someone to call or fold. And you don't want to protect your good hands, you want to value bet them and let inferior hands call.
