Default 10/25 NL foxwoods (deep), river action?

8 handed, a few regulars at the table (joe, gino (?) and a couple others whose faces i recognize but names i am not 100% sure)

this hand occurs maybe a half hour into the session, one of the villains in the hand older european dude (villain A) hates a little me i think, i turn his flopped straight on a 789 board and he ships a nice pot my way. ive been stealing
a lot of small pots and chipping away and i dont think he respects my play very much

effective stacks, i have 12k, villain a reloaded and covers (has like 30k in front), villain b is some old asian guy who i usually see play 5/10, he's kinda nitty and bad and he has roughly 7k

i have Kh 3h in the CO

B makes it 150, two calls, A calls, I call, button and blinds fold

flop: T 7h 3, 1 heart [800]

B leads 500, 2 folds, A calls, I call

turn: Qh [2300]

B checks, A checks, I check

river: Th [2300]

B makes it 1800, A thinks for about 20 seconds and smooths

B (4500 ish left) can have any hand better than AQ and is going all the way with it
A has at least trip tens, another flush, or any boat

my action? -- call? raise, if so how much?

also note i dont think A and B have played with each other before, if A has then he'd instantly go after B's remaining money with some of the hands i think he can have

How can villain A have a boat here? Why would he check the turn with two pair/set?

Raise enough to put B allin.

Thanks for the responses thus far.

I decided to stick in a smaller raise (5300->3500 more). I thought if both people call I stand to make an additional 2500 with this raise. If only B calls the 3500, i "lose" the additional 1000 I would have made by betting 7000.

The asian guy ended up moving the rest of his chips in with apparently AA (he mucked). the other gentleman folded a smaller flush face up (89)

If person A overcalls, you're so toast it's not even funny.
