It's not a big deal, just chill for a week and call her again, and don't ask her to meet your parents. You know, in other words, act like a normal human.

They don't know how strong your love is. How could they? They are just a bunch of internet losers. They've never had anything as special as what you have, and they are jealous. i think the fact that she's a little freaked out by you right now says good things about her judgement.
so i'd go run tell her she's definitely the one and the fact that she said something makes you love her more.

Wait for said "period" to complete, her outlook will have changed. Whenever my fiancee and I have a disagreement, I try and remain firm if the issue is important to me, and then a few days later magically she understands my point of view.
Estrogen is a helluva drug. Honestly however, I haven't met a girl that thinks I'm moving too fast in a relationship sense (not a physical sense). Usually it's by far the other way around. Have you ever dressed up in women's clothing? Do you feel trapped in your own body?
