Default 100NL, boring hand, do I need to value bet this river?

New poster, I guess I'm trying to get a hang of some of the basic's I've learned from 2+2, so I'll start with this boring ass hand.Just sat at the table a couple of hands ago. Almost full stacks for both of us.

Folded to villian in CO, limps. Folds to me, check with Q5o

Q 3 8 r. I bet $1.25(half pot), call

10 completing the 'bow, I bet $2.50, he calls

K. I check, not necessarily fearing the overcard, but I just don't think he's calling with worse. He checks behind and I take it.

Not much to talk about except my question, do I need to be VB'ing this on the river, or is a check OOP good?
