How do tourney circuit players move their money around?

what about when travelling to a foriegn country say australia?

what is the best way to get local currency at the best exchange rate?? I checked a local currency exchange and they are offering 13 cents AUD less on the $ plus transaction fees, than the market value.

also does anyone know if you can use a neteller card in AUS, are there any currency exchange fees?
