Blackjack hand histories?

Do sites keep bj hand histories? There is one site where I am getting reamed by the casino. I probably lost my45 out of my last 50 double downs. I would gaurantee if I had the hand history I can prove that the BJ is rigged. I emailed this site and they said that they can't provide me with that. Is this normal, do sites usually not keep these types of things? This isn't a BJ is rigged post just wondering if sites usually would provide these when requested? Thanks

when i used to screw around on bodog they tracked every single hand and sent it to me.
