Re: JJ
Slava...there are 5 players in the pot on a semi-coordinated board. You should bet here because they all won't fold. At these nano-limits, the players didn't go to the table to fold. If you had only one player in the pot with you, slowplaying might be a better alternative. In that case you better check/raise the flop and fire out on the turn.

Re: JJ
Grunch,
I'd bet the flop with a set. Board is a somewhat co-ordinated and there are 5 still in but I'm still betting. Probably play the turn and river as described. |

That flop check isn't that bad. There are no serious draws out there so it's fine to give the other players a chance to improve to a second best hand. [/ QUOTE ] At these limits, majority of people don't need draws to call flop bets at will. They will call with overcards, pair of nines, Ax, whatever. We keep hearing "people don't respect my raises", "people call down with junk" - and at the same time you are consistently slowplaying sets?? Charge them to see the turn card!! Make a mental note to ALWAYS bet your sets and trips unless you are heads-up! |

Re: JJ
You can't possibly play it any worse.
