The board is too coordinated to call the raise on the Turn. You're beat by a higher pair, two pair, or a straight. Fold the Turn after you get raised.

And when you're in the middle, you? In this situation the flop bet is fairly automatic. There's s small chance that you can get your opponents to fold and if not, you outs. (Hard to tell how many.) Also important is buying the button, which the OP manages here, which allows us to take a free card on the turn if we chose to do so.
