I think reading too many books can be addictive and turn one away from sticking to one's goals, but the book I got from Ross was good and I've never seen him talked about with anything but respect. So if I had to buy yet another book, I could see it being one of Ross's. He would probably have something worth hearing about to say on two of the exercises shown for example, the pistol and that variation on a one-armed push-up.

I have never bought any kind of workout books before. But on sherdog ppl were like why would I need to buy a book, then coming back after reading it and saying it was the greatest book of all time.

If it wasnt foor stuff like that it would have never crossed my mind to get one.

I might go for a first and order it because I have been doing alot of exercises like that, and his stuff is supposed to be alot combat orientated.
