Video Questions

I have a few questions about the videos...
I downloaded numerous ones of them (streaming is bad on my internet connection)

I started watching them and the first one I watch went 20 minutes in and cut off and then it would not let me fast foward?

Is there any reason I cant seek in these? (foward or back?)

We have not had that complaint but will certainly look into it. Please give me a video # specifically to re-test on our end.

It is possible that the download had not finished and you watched 20 minutes into it (which was the portion that had completed downloading).

Video135
did some digging for some reason its only 5 mb on my drive vs the others I downloaded so it must have not downloaded it (I download them all to my harddrive since wireless is horrible)

HOWEVER, is there a reason I can not seek in any video?

I downloaded video 135, and it's around 105MB for me - looks like you didn't get the entire file.

Sounds like a codec issue.

we do have an extensive FAQ and troubleshooting process for this type of thing, I realize it's a hassle but I suggest you check it out.

I would be really surprised if the issue was anything other than the video was not that you are viewing it and the download is partially completed.
