Default pot-committed

at what point does a player become pot committed?

I have a general rule that when someone is in for it all when they put a third of their stack in. thoughts?

chad you are close, but a player actually doesn't become pot-committed until he has 36.4% of his stack in the pot

why is it 36.4? I feel like this is a level.
