Default 10/20 at fallsview...turn top two, facing check raise shove

this hand went down not too long ago at fallsview. as some of you probably know, the 10/20 (10/25 on occasion) is really weak, with the majority of players being either birds or total nits. 9 handed, two villains both have around 4.5k, i barely cover. i raise to $100 in LP with As10s, sb calls (bird whose stuck nearly 3k from chasing flush draws, straight draws etc) and bb calls (mid-late 50's, old school, fallsview regular, unremarkable player)...flop comes 10h 7h 4d...check, check, i bet $270, bird calls, and old guy calls. turn is Ac...check again to me, i fire out $975, fish agonizes for like 2 mins and calls, old guy insta-shoves for ~3.1k more...i guess what i'm really trying to figure out is given the action on the flop, can this really be a set? thoughts please...
