The turn seems close to me, but you are still beating KQ, for instance, along with a hand like QJ that just picked up a pair to go with its draw. It is discouraging, though, that two straights just got there, and you also could now easily be losing to two pair. Overall, I'm thinking that since there are so many hands you're losing to and Villain isn't particularly aggressive postflop and he did bet pretty big on the turn, folding is probably best. But you do at least have a lot of murky outs if behind, and he has been LAGgy enough (even if mostly preflop) that I do sort of want to get stubborn. Plus, a hand like K2o can't be ruled out for this guy!

So, then, the river card pulls you ahead of JT and meanwhile all of a sudden you're losing to KQ and it's another $3 to you. The situation we're in is a big part of the problem with calling the turn (the turn call would be a lot easier if there were no river betting allowed), but I guess I'd be feeling committed at this point, getting better than 2:1.
