Re: NL200 - deep stacks, flop trips, sb vs BB
I really like the line taken by OP. As aceDeuceWes mentions, what's calling a shove that is behind on the turn?
The value bet on the river I think is sexy as well. Once checked to, villain's line looks a lot like AK and possibly JJ or maybe the case T. A Q checking that river would be really bad, I think, and is unlikely. So basically, assuming AK can't get away from his hand (and with the pot this big I think that's probably pretty likely for most opponents), I think there's good value in betting here. |

[ QUOTE ]
after the turn raise i definitly put him on AK. [/ QUOTE ] If this is the case, then why are you calling the turn raise? After you call the turn raise, the push is fine since it is so unlikely villain has a Q by the way he played the hand. |

I wouldn't bet the river.

Re: NL200 - deep stacks, flop trips, sb vs BB
the turn raise is consistent with JJ as well. I Q probebly doesn't play that way. I can see him checking JJ on the river fearing you have a Q so I'm not sure I like your bet.

any better reads then just stats? This is a really tough spot on the turn. Not sure why you're all itching to get your chips in on the turn.

1) check behind on the turn
2) fold to the turn c/r (no explanation required, imho) |
