first off the skill at this level is marginal usually. You will see villain have K5xx, 53xx alot more often than quads

[/ QUOTE ] Almost true, but since you don't get dealt quads that often enough, I don't think it matters whether people can be deceptive with it. I played a hand of 5/10 recently where I was in the big blind with KQT9. Flop came KKK and I bet out the pot and got called. So I bet out the pot again on the turn ($130 bet) and got called again. Fast play is the new slow play. Bet the pot, they just wont believe you have it. Turned out he had JJ lol. |

I wasn't talking about people playing unbeatable hands deceptively. I meant that people generally play their big hands and big draws pretty straight forward, so unless they are generally really passive call stations it is obvious they have quads when the overcall or weak lead on paired boards when the action doesn't warrant it.
