What are Full Tilt's Cash out policies?

So far, I've exclussively played on stars and recently I've been thinking about expanding to Full Tilt. I've grown accustomed to being able to cash out from Stars without any hassles. However, I've heard other sites are not so accomodating, asking for things like utility bills, driver's lisences, etc.

Does Full Tilt make you go through any hoops?
