What sites take deposits through CC's?

My CC keeps getting declined when I try using e-passporte. Is there any site, no matter the size, that has some kind of CC deposit method like Party used to have with phone cards, that will work with almost any credit card? I used to use Myatmonline at doyles room but they stopped taking credit cards. Any ideas.

I was able to deposit to Sportsbook.com today using my debit card. It hasn't worked at other sites.
