to be honest i always feel like im playing, if not my a game, then dam close to it. i dont understand people who talk about low confidence when running bad, etc. i could be running horrendously and feeling like [censored], yet i will near always make the decision i think is best. what is harrington's chess rating?

Personally, I find if you find yourself with a nice lead, and are begging to play extremely loose. Having a big stack and seeing more flops is one thing, but I've been at that point where you'll see the flop for most prices, regarldless of your cards, feeling that you are still playing you "A" game.
