Default Meaning of \"he\'s 23,1/2,6/1\"

Hi,
I see this alot when players post hand histories. I realise these numbers probably refer to stats read from a player tracking program, and I'm guessing the "23" means VP$IP but if someone could confirm what stat each number represents that would be great.

VP$IP / Preflop Raise / Postflop aggression factor.
