Default AQ 3bet on flop

Full Tilt Poker, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

BTN: $24.65
SB: $28.60
BB: $8.75
UTG: $33.30
MP: $25.15
Hero (CO): $60.65

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO)
UTG raises to $0.85, MP folds, Hero calls $0.85, 2 folds, BB calls $0.60

Flop: ($2.65) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, UTG bets $2.65, Hero raises to $9, Villain shoves

Hero ???

Villain is 38/9, and seems fairly aggressive.
What's in his UTG raising range here that I'm ahead of?

I don't think there is too much that you are ahead of. Based on his stats he is really loose but his raising range is fairly tight. I don't know if I would reraise the flop against such a tight UTG raiser. After the shove I probably put him on 33,44,AA, or KK. Maybe QQ but that's less likely since you have a Q.

Don't raise this. For 2.65 he's already pricing himself out of draws. If he's behind you, he's valuebetting himself (and he probably folds most hands behind you to a raise anyway). If you raise, you're just setting yourself up for a tough hand, because if he calls, now you're playing a bloated pot with TPTK and a lot of scare cards in the deck. And if he shoves...you have to fold TPTK.
