Dude, the pay you are offering is ridiculous.. I am considering getting a personal assistant and I am expecting to pay $1k a week to get a competent full time one.

I guess it's possible they you will find some college girl that will work out short term, but more likely than not you are going to get scammed in some way.

learned a few things in this thread:

a) mr sarcastic is top 5 worst posters ive ever seen and needs to be banned.
b) people really get jealous when someone else has money.
c) i wish i was in the spot to hire a personal assistant.
d) i want to see pictures of the potential candidates.
e) I thought the OP was kinda funny and wasnt ridiculously bad pay like everyone thinks. This isnt a full time job, this is like a 10-15 hours a week thing.

It doesn't matter if its only 15 hours a week, if you want someone on-call, you have to pay them like its a good full time job. Otherwise they arent going to want to run to del taco at 11 pm. Not to mention I am sure the cleaning alone would take up many hours a week.

dude, people called it SLAVERY. its not even indentured servitude imo, just crappy college kid pay, which apparently, is the demographic he is getting. I am sure the girl will end up buying tons of crap for herself too, trust me, this will be worth their while if its me putting up this ad, and mine would be fairly similar if i was bathing in money at the moment.

People, stop hating on the OP! you know you would do the same!

If I were a rich poker player first I would offer free room at my house + $500 a week. Paying no rent + 500 a week is a sweet deal if you ask me.

If OP is not offering a room at his house then he needs to up the ante to $700 to $1000 a week.

F the haters, this is a brilliant idea. I live in La Jolla and would obviously pay more than you for this kind of help. If you find a girl out of your league feel free to PM me her info.
