Anyone considering transferring first to nlplfl should note that he registered at Twoplustwo on February 19th 2007, less than two months ago.

Of course, the time someone has been registered here has nothing to do with whether or not a poster is honest, but it is obvious that you would not gain much sympathy if you were scammed by a new poster.

As always with transfers with strangers, make sure that you obtain the other person's real name, address and telephone number, and speak to them on the telephone. Check that you have received correct information in order that you have full details to give to the police if you are scammed. Have details of the agreed transfer written in an e-mail exchange. Only transfer in amounts that you can afford to lose, as there is quite a high chance that you will be scammed. Twoplustwo will take no action whatsoever if you are scammed as any transfers are arranged at the full risk of the participants.

yes read the above post carefully. Exchange all info before doing any transfers. But seriously, guys wanting to trade $50 and want to call and swap all info, that is just stupid IMHO.

Anyways an unexpected thing came up and I will be gone for a few days. I have no pending trades or outstanding transfer to do at the moment so will be back another day for more business.

Been contacted by two other members, FakePlasticTrees and SeriousBusiness.

Search on FakePlasticTrees shows he scammed someone out of $20.

SeriousBusiness claimed to be someone sitting $5/$10 limit who claimed he doesn't have chat on Stars after I asked him to type 2+2 in the chat box. The game he was sitting out of closed due to inactivity and I asked him to sit at a particular table to prove he had control of the account he would be sending from and he gave a run around.

This guy is VERY shady, read my post on the previous page, money transferred to you might be from scamming, not worth getting your VC account closed over.
