I'd guess that Mason is saying "please ask and let us know before you do something like this", not necessarily "dude, I can get in big trouble if you do something like this"

HAHAH this is so awesome. I'm really impressed that a bunch of "crazy gambling kids" like us could put together something so awesome for such a good cause... it really makes me smile to think about how pumped up this charity is and how many people it will help out
