Default 200NL TPTK - easy fold?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($141.50)
Button ($9.35)
SB ($138.85)
BB ($158.30)
Hero ($145.60)
MP ($223.10)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero raises to $8, 3 folds, SB calls $7, 1 fold.

Flop: ($18) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $12, SB calls $12.

Turn: ($42) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $26, SB raises to $116, ?????????

Villain is tight, he didn't get out of the line yet. This line always screams a strong hand, calling the flop and raising the turn. Is this an easy fold?

I was stubborn and I called and he had AQ, just like I predicted. I have to trust my reads more even when I am steaming.

Don't you think a flush draw is part if villians range?

I think this is a super easy fold if we make a psb on the turn, plus we can charge the draws.

You define your hand on the turn. By betting as you did you have effectively commited yourself to the hand by putting 1/3 your stack in the middle.
If your not happy felting it in these types of situations then consider checking turn and looking for cheap showdown.

You seem to completely ignore the times they have a weaker ace and check calls 3 streets. Just because you bet this turn, you don't have to call the raise.

Villain was tight and called a raise in the blinds. Once he comes along for the ride I slow down. By C betting the turn you commit yself to the hand. Villains range is not that wide

how often is a tight villian calling us down on 3 streets with an ace? what aces are in his range to call us down?

we opened UTG w/o any prior history ch/cing the whole way with an ace that we are beating by villian is absolutely terrible here.

i check back this turn and call/vb river.

as played the turn is an insta fold.

we still have > 66% of the effective stack size to work with after we bet the turn, we are in no way committed.
