As played you are only valuebetting against Jx since Kx will always bet/call an AI if you check. I'm not sure if villain is capable of calling a big bet with Jx/PP. So, if I were to bet I would make it smallish, like $18, which allows him to raise Kx or bluff raise a busted draw, yet still call with Jx/PP.

i bet 45-50 on the river. any king will call and a lot of good jacks will too, because the two kings mean there's a smaller chance you have one, and it's a good bluff card. betting small is leaving a lot of value on the table
