Default Heart beats fast with all in.

My heart beats really fast even when i have AA preflop and i go all in and get called. I can feel the pounding of my heart, it just thumps so hard. Is this normal?

The more you play the less exciting that particular situation will be to you and then, problem solved

As an aside, I find myself getting excited like this when i'm bluffing, all-in, ect... even when it's just like a $5 sit n' go. Doesn't seem to matter what the stakes are, poker does something for my adrenaline that no other form of 'gambling' can match.

I kind of like the adrenaline like this in poker. Even when I am playing 4/8 LHE and flop an unbeatable hand, it is still exciting to me. I have a bit more control over it cause like someone said, you get used to it. I hope i don't get to used to it though. Check out Doyle's face when he rakes in a big pot. Like a little kid! It still excites him.

If you have a problem with this, do coinflips until you're completely used to going all-in preflop... A coinflip means that you and another player agree to get it all-in preflop without looking at your cards first, so it's 50/50. Make sure that you go down to a limit where your bankroll is big enough to cover the swings though.

I don't have it as much when I'm preflop AI anymore. But when I've flopped a monster and get all my money in the middle , I definitly feel my heart beating.
Even more when I make a huge bluff and villain takes some time to make a decision whether to call or not.

my heart only beats when Im in a huge bluff like 2 or 3 barreling that is over $100, but hey its a hell of a feeling no dought. I remember this feeling when it would happen with $2 on the line, I never gambled much but its awesome with poker. WEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe

OP, how long have you been playing live for? Just curious because when I fist started playing live poker my heart was doing gymnastics on occacsions. Now it has calmed down a lot more with a lot more sesions under my belt. I had been playing online for some time before this.
