Raise big on the flop. As played with his donkey turn bet I would raise much more than you did since that is probably a draw looking for a cheap river a decent amount of the time. Don't be afraid to get it in on this flop, you'll be good almost always.

Raise it up to something like 700-800?
Is the rest going in regardless of the turn card or am I not commited yet?!?!

I would re-raise on the flop. Calling allows the villain to see a cheap turn card...MOO

that would be a RAISE, not a re-raise
