Also - if they believe that some of these accounts were set up on his computer then I fail to see why they can't tell him the names of the accounts he was supposed to have been colluding with.

Just to clarify, he did not play against the two that also used the same computer.

From the details of the games, it wouldn't be too far off the mark to say that everyone the first account played with, (until he lost it all to a certain very popular pro!), was a credit card fraudster; and the second account gained its money from the same person over their first three sessions.

Although I take your point. On the surface, it seems odd that they don't state the names to the accused. Perhaps it's on advice by their solicitors, "just in case"?

As someone that initially gave ericjones the benefit of the doubt from the start, i am now sufficiently convinced that he is a fraud.

Like most said, the major problem from the outset was the way in which they handled the situation. The new policies are definitely a big step in the right direction.

During the investigation, we usually can't provide much in the way of detail regarding the investigation, but anything a player provides us that might speed the investigation along will certainly be welcomed.

[/ QUOTE ]

Maybe you can explain this a little further? I don't understand how the player is supposed to provide information if he's still being kept in the dark on what might be relevant.

Not to tempt fate or anything, but barring a HD crash or hitherto unfound nasty bugs, I hope to have code online to resize FullTilt tables before the weekend is over..

Dirty hackjob code, but currently working nonetheless

Thanks for your post Doug. My opinion of FTP went up. It sounds like you guys are really working at improving things.

One of the things most important to many of us are open lines of communication. Anyone accused of fraud also needs open lines of communication. As a poker community, we also appreciate your efforts on these boards. We are glad you and FTPSean are here to help.
