Default $2 NL large blinds, HU

I realize that this is a very aggro and probably dumb move. (which explains why I get a lot of second places). Can anyone help me out with this one. Should I had even been in this pot?

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t120/t240
2 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: t10370
BB: t3130

Pre-flop: (2 players) Hero is SB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to t480</font>, BB calls t240 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t600)</font>.

Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (t960, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">BB bets t720</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to t1440</font>, BB folds.
Uncalled bets: t720 returned to Hero.

Results:
Final pot: t2400

unless you have some read that he leads out with draws, then you should make a play on it but this looks like a fold. if you had the 9 of spades or the board wasnt 3 to a flush, than the play is alright, but you shouldnt min raise it you should just shove it in.

Blinds are pretty small for HU in one of these, but he only has 12bb, so its not quite a shove preflop. As played its probably fine, but you should be shoving instead of min-raising that flop.

SAGE has it as a -EV shove. I make it a lot, but with blinds still at 120/240 I could go either way on it.
