I dont like calling the turn to fold the river if he is a lag moron kinda player.

Think it´s pretty unlikely that he has the A and you could actually have it, so for him to be valuebetting 9x, he has to be expecting a call from TT-KK...
Think he is more likely to be bluffing here, atleast often enough to call after calling the turn.
