Skiing

I skied all the time when I was a teenager; now i'm 25 and have not been skiing in years except for last year when i spent a few days at Highlands and Snowmass. Hiking that highland bowl was bruuutal, however it was an excellent work out. So im going to try and ski more. However the skis im on now are 184 no side cut slalom skis from 98'. I need an upgrade and found a good deal on some 06-7 K2 Public enemy's. They are 174's. I dont know if this is a good length for me though. Im 5'11 177lbs, do you think the 174s are a good size?
