5/10. so erm... i\'ll just keep firing
villain is a reg on at least 3 tables. hes 23/16/1.3 from about 300 hands
From my image over all tables, I believe my image is kinda laggy (27/20) and hes seen me get caught bluffing once, and another hand where i c/c an Axx, turn is checked through and i donk the river, get raised and fold. Another hand he might have floated a 87x and I c/f turn flop bet for protection/value/information. turn, he hasnt seen me 2 barrel much, plus it MAY be a value bet. river: lets fold out Kx PPPPPLLLLssSSSSSS?????? Re: 5/10. so erm... i\'ll just keep firing
on a board this dry, i dont really like firing turn since his most likely hand is Kx. unlikely he is peeling with a pair worse than 8x with bb left to act on flop. i think you should be clear that your turn bet is a bluff though, your image certainly does not sound bad enough to the point where this could be for value and its very hard for somebody to c/c c/c on a board like this with a hand worse than TT.
your $160 bet forces his calling range to Kx and sets in a spot thats pretty bad to bluff {btn v blind, completely dry board, turn changes nothing) - so i really dont like that. however, i do like firing river (obviously), but i think a smaller bet (350-shove depending on how stationy he is, id prob do 450 as a standard). it should do the same thing and it saves a little bit when he does have a set. a 23/16 calling a btn raise oop preflop that hits this board is pretty much {KQ, KJ, KT, 88, 44}. so yea i dont like turn and river is good and likely +ev but doubt its optimal. |

You are repping a very very narrow range (sets and AK)..I think you get looked up here quite often.

Re: 5/10. so erm... i\'ll just keep firing
How often is he 3-betting you from the blinds? Is he flatcalling any pair from the small blind?
I dislike turn but as played like the river shove. Kx should fold to your river shove. @jfish: SB is short so it's only ~480 more to him |
