.75/1.5 (300)
Villain is running at 37/26/4/40. I haven't been at the table for to long but we've already played 2 hands noteworthy hands. My first hand at the table I post in the CO and call villain's raise to 7.5 out of the sb. Flop comes Tc9cTh, villain pots (18), I call. Turn is the 7h, Villain pots (63), I shove (275), he folds. A little later, I open w/ AJ, villain calls. Flop comes 523, I cbet villain calls. Turn J, I bet, villain minraises, I call. River is a blank, I check, Villain overshoves (2x pot), I fold. what do you guys put him on? it's somewhat critical to formulate a range if we expect to get called. do you still shove if river is not a Q (but does not complete a straight)? do you shove 68 here?

[/ QUOTE ] He is 37/26 and he limped from MP - He could have A6o or 67 - I think he is raising any pocket pair pre-flop(Could be wrong) I would shove - I think we are way ahead of his range - I would not shove 6 8 - |

Looks like a very easy shove, I don't see a player with those stats limping a hand that has you beat by this river. KK is completly out of the question, 77 is very unlikely, as is QQ.
The only hand I could even begin to think he could have is K6, and if that's the case, so be it. I think you see 6x or 67 much more frequently here though. |
