Default 30/60 - AQ on AK x board

Cutoff limps in. I am in the SB w/ AQ. I decide to play it tricky and just complete the big blind. The big blind checks.

The flop is AK 7 two to a flush. BB checks, CO leads, I call, SB calls.

Turn is a off suit 8. I check, SB leads, CO calls, I raise. SB tanks and folds. CO calls quickly.

River is 3rd flush card. Should I check or bet? What are other lines I could have taken.
