That was a pretty poor call on the turn with potentially only 9 outs and also a possibility of drawing dead.

Why does everyone think the turn is such a clear check? What kings are in his range besides Ace-King? How often does an opponent go for a double-delayed c/r like this? Won't we be able to push JJ and down off their hand? Don't we want to build a pot in case we hit our flush on the river, and force him to pay off with AA/QQ in a bloated pot?

Just saying there seem to be benefits to both checking and betting. I don't know which is correct, but I suspect many people here are being results oriented.

betting turn def isn't that bad

calling turn is pretty bad unless you put villain on exactly air

33/44/AK/Mid PP turned into a bluff/Air are all in villain's range.

While I check the turn 70% of the time here assuming villain will likely call any reasonable bet with the bulk of his range, I don't think taking a stab as a semi bluff is that bad.

The call is terrible.

Isn't the great thing about semibluffing with a FD here that it's so easy to lay it down when you get raised?

if we are betting the turn, why?

is it a value bet or a bluff? what worse hands are calling? what better hands are folding?
