Thinking about the hand I probably should have folded preflop? Is this play standard? Should I have folded to the flop all-in. Button is 16/12/6, Short stack is 25/25/2. Any comments on the hand would be useful.

why not just shove preflop? there's already $18 in dead money, short stack only has $30 left behind, and button almost always folds. if you win, you get rid of a short stack. if you lose, you get rid of a short stack.

Yeah, I shove pre. The SB is 25/25? Over how many hands? Pretty rare to see PFR the same as VPIP over a lot of hands. Either raises or folds pre? I'd like to get HU with the donk.
