Default NL100: Turn top pair should I shove river?

Villain has only just sat down at the table so I have no read. Not really worried about the jack pairing because I don't think he would call a double barrel with second pair. Should I just shove river?

I would c/f honestly.

I can think of maybe one or two worse hands in his range that are calling river, and a lot better.

I also don't think he's ever betting the river with a worse hands than yours (except if he has 9To)

c/f. flush draws have to be a pretty large portion of his range and if he calls the shove you're chopping at best. KT got there on the turn so T9 is the only draw that missed so i think a river shove by him is for value a lot more than its a bluff.
