Default trying that 4bet thing

Stars $1/2. I've got $280ish and I cover the villain, BHold. Pretty aggressive, seems alright.

I raise the CO to $8 with JJ, he makes it $28, I make it $68, he pushes for $155 more.

History: we had been three-betting each other a decent amount and a lot in the past.

So, uh, my gut says fold because I see QQ-AA a lot.

This is why I hate NOT cold calling.

First off is this an alright play by me...secondly should I call?

I REALLY don't like 4-betting here w/ a hand as solid as JJ. You're folding out TT and below...and he's never folding QQ+.
I generally like calling here and C/R AI on a lot of flops.

Not meaning to hijack this thread...but this has been a subject I've been thinking a lot about lately. In general, common knowledge says that the wider your range, the tougher you are to play against. Now in regards to 4-betting ranges, would it not be better to have your range polarized towards nuts or air?
