I'd say it's more because you have $400 behind on a $100 flop pot, which you're not folding versus a bad player who overplays hands.

If you raise KK preflop to $7 and he calls, there's a ~$16 pot with ~$90 behind, which you probably also aren't folding, but the PSR is much higher.
