Well it'll play poker fine :0) If you can try and cut out the software you don't need, ie MS Works (the old joke goes that it doesn't and OpenOffice is free if you need anything). Also you apparently are getting a TV Tuner + Remote. I don't know about you but watching tv/movies on a small laptop screen isn't exactly optimal.

Well if you need to spend more

Get the wireless 802.11n card.
Also you can upgrade to a faster hd. This will help PT imports (although if you're only using this at home I suggest using a centralized database on your desktop).
Also the models with the Intel processors are slightly more expensive (and faster).

Yea,

Def. don't get the TV Tuner, go for an Intel(I did some reviews and apparently Core2Duo is much better than AMD's newest line).

Also, for database management apparently the 7200 RPM is a very good idea. I looked that up after the advice and that is a huge deal when working with big databases.

You should def get the accidental warranty coverage. It is expensive but when you drop your lappy and crack the lcd or punch it in frustration your going to be wishing you could trade that remote in for a new lcd.

There is also an option to get xp instead of vista. From what I have heard about vista I would go with XP.

I didn't see any options for XP.

I may buy XP and install it on it's own though lolz waste on moneyments. But I think these higher-end systems will be fine with Vista.

Also, I had this comp for 2 years and haven't broke it at all, the hinges are bad but that is all. I have also dropped it 3 or 4 times, which is actually probably going to jump to 0 when I get this one as I am more careful now with my comps.

You dare to suggest a -EV option on 2+2!!!??? Also if you have a habit of punching your laptop I suggest that getting a protection plan isn't the answer.
