[/ QUOTE ] fwiw on sprint's sanyos (and possibly many other phones from other mfr's, but sanyo for sure) you can set the phone to only accept/make calls to/from certain preset numbers, plus add the family locator, that's not a bad way of keeping the bill in line and watching out for what she's doing
